June 4 Polkadoodles Projects: Honeypie Mini Album & Mini Notebook

Let me introduce you to my two latest crafty makes—both full color, sparkle (shaker elements, baby!), and the irresistible charm of Polkadoodles’ cutie pie - Honeypie! I’ve been on a major Honeypie kick lately, and I couldn’t resist creating not one, but two happy little projects to kick off June.

I’m also so excited to share that I’m on this Polkadoodles journey alongside my amazing KKK Kraftsy Sisters - KM and Kaye! Be sure to follow their socials for even more crafty inspiration!

Project 1 – Honeypie Shaker Disc-Bound Mini Album

Say hello to my newest mini album! This shaker-style disc-bound album is full of Honeypie's charm, cuteness and crafty fun. The front cover is a shaker page filled with sequins, tiny flowers, and sparkly bits—just the kind of cheer we all need!

Inside, I played with a mix of plain cardstock, Wanda Printable Papers, and fun patterns from the Gnome Men Football USA collection. You’ll find interactive flaps, hand-stitched accents, inserts, and pockets tucked between blank pages, giving the future owner space to make it their own.

Of course, sweet Honeypie makes several appearances throughout—some already colored, others left blank as little coloring moments waiting to happen. I colored Honeypie with Copic markers in these colors: 0, BV11, B000, RV02, RV00, R43, YR00, and Y08.

This one is sparkly, sweet, and just a whole lot of cutesy!

Project 2 – Honeypie Spiral Notebook

Next up is a cheerful mini notebook that’s sunshine and love in paper form! I used another darling Honeypie image and set her against a gingham background from the Wanda Printable Papers. To make her little world more colorful, I added flower embellishments, grass and cloud die cuts, and finished the ring binding with colorful ribbons and trims.

It’s bright, happy, and ready to hold joyful notes, crafty lists, or doodles on the go!

I had so much fun making these pieces, and I hope they bring a smile your way too. Which project is your favorite—the sparkly interactive mini album or the floral-trimmed notebook?

Mini Album with Tags | Polkadoodles Project

I had so fun creating this sweet little  Mini Album with Tags  using Polkadoodles printable goodies - it was fun and relaxing. This project is simple and it’s super versatile too. I designed the base cut file myself using  Cricut Design Space , and if you’re using DS, you can grab the file right here . It’s a great starting point if you’re looking for a quick and easy project with lots of room for personalization. For the papers, I used the  Happy Cactus Succulent Printable Papers  from Polkadoodles. The cheerful colors (my fave colors too!) and patterns are perfect for a spring or summer vibe. I paired them with solid cardstock for structure, using it for both the base and the tags tucked inside. The sentiment on the bellyband— “Hi, You” —comes from the  Honeypie Greetings Sentiment  pack. It’s such a simple but sweet message that works for just about any occasion. To finish it off, I tied a cute  polkadot ribbon on the tags  for a little e...

Polkadoodles Project - Kicking Off Christmas with a Clear Front Easel Card

First Christmas card of the year — check! I’m officially diving into festive crafting, and what better way to start than with a sparkly, interactive  easel clear front card ? I love how this one turned out. For this project, I combined die cutting, digital stamps, and a bit of dimension to create a unique card that’s both sturdy and see-through (yes, acetate powers!). Here’s how I made it and everything I used: Supplies Used: Plain cardstock (blue) Acetate sheet Glitter cardstock Lawn Fawn  – Snow Flurries Backdrop dies Sizzix Big Shot Ohuhu Markers Foam tape Bearly Art Precision Glue Cricut Maker Polkadoodles Digi Stamp  – Winnie White Christmas Polkadoodles Sentiment  – Seasons Greetings Paper trimmer 🛠️ How I Made It: Cut the acetate  to 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 inches. Die cut your glitter cardstock  using any border die you like. I used Lawn Fawn’s  Snow Flurries Backdrop  for a pretty, intricate and sparkly touch. Cut plain cardstock to 4 1/4 x 11 inc...

Digi Choosday Project | Gratitude Journaling Folio with Polkadoodles Autumn Fall Fox

Digi Choosday Project | Gratitude Journaling Folio with Polkadoodles Autumn Fall Fox   This week’s Digi Choosday prompt is  Halloween / Autumn , and while I initially planned on making just one Halloween project, I couldn’t help but want to do an Autumn-inspired one too. So… here’s my second project: a  Gratitude Journaling Folio  featuring the adorable  Autumn Fall Foxes  from Polkadoodles!  This folio is actually a  one-page wonder  design, but I saw the perfect patterned papers in the  Boo Halloween Paper Digital Bundle  and  Enfys Jetsetting Digital Stamp Bundle —so I ended up layering extra panels inside. If you’re recreating this, feel free to stick with a single 12x12 patterned paper, or go wild like I did!  The  cover  is a mixed media combo of a paper doily, trims, flowers, one of the Autumn Fox digi stamps, and the word  “Grateful.”  Inside, I added more sweet words like  “Thankful” ...
