We just turned 15!
Fifteen years of BF–GF anniversaries, growth, milestones, and choosing each other - and of course, despite just needing a simple project for my DT deliverable, I had to make a mini album to celebrate it.
For this project, I used Traci Reed’s Strong AF collection, but I took it beyond fitness and interpreted it on a relationship level. This mini album documents our January 6 anniversaries through the years, showing how our relationship moved, grew, and leveled up... from dating, to engagement, to marriage, and everything in between.
The album cover says “This is what Strong AF looks like” and features the cake topper I made for our anniversary, which reads “15 BF-GF Years.” Inside, each page highlights our anniversary date photos, with earlier years using collages and later years keeping things simple, just us, year after year.
I’m sharing a flip-through video here (plus a few photos below), but for a more detailed look at the album and the full story behind this project, you can head over to Traci Reed’s blog, where this project is featured as part of her Design Team.
Also, if you’ve been eyeing this collection, now is the perfect time! Strong AF is currently a Sweet Steal on Traci Reed’s website, so don’t miss the chance to grab it!
As for our actual anniversary celebration, we kept it simple and sweet. After my husband got off work, we had a date night at our usual restaurant here in Al Ahsa - just good food, familiar comfort, and fifteen years’ worth of shared memories at the table.
Sometimes, that’s exactly what Strong AF looks like too.
