Mommy Guide Inc’s Holy Week Special | A Creative Journey of Faith

Holy Week looked a little different, being here in Saudi, but I’m so thankful for the chance to take a few minutes to do a little reflection, and reconnect through Mommy Guide Inc’s Holy Week Devotion, a beautiful 7-day journey where faith meets creativity.

Each day brought a meaningful devotion paired with a creative project, making the experience even more personal and memorable. A little Holy Week reflection and a little crafting for an our or so daily.

Here's a summary of my projects. If you want to watch a replay of each, I linked them on each DAY number.

Day 1Clear the Noise: Make Room for What Matters,” was a gentle reminder to pause, reflect, and create with intention. Sometimes, all we need is a little quiet to hear what truly matters.

Faith journaling stamps used is from Papel atbp.

Day 2 - The Hidden Life

I created a double slider surprise card that represents how God is at work even in the unseen. It was such a powerful reminder that growth happens beneath the surface, even when we feel stuck or hidden. The project is like when sometimes we all feel stuck, unseen, or like nothing is happening. But as the devotion reminded us that maybe, this is where God is quietly working the most.

Just like the slider card, once we tug on the flaps and it reveals what’s hidden, it reflects a powerful truth - that growth doesn’t always happen where we can see it. Sometimes, it starts deep within.

Day 3 - The Practicality Trap

My mason jar shaker card inspired by Ms. Lala’s mason jar card, a reminder that devotion isn’t always about being practical or productive. Sometimes, what others may see as “too much” is actually something beautiful in His eyes.

Day 4 & 5 - The Master Artist's Final Reveal

A shadow box card for today’s devotion and a reminder that even when things feel messy or “mis-stamped,” God is still at work, making something new.

“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” (Psalm 46:1)

Card made with Mintay Papers’ 7th Heaven collection and Scrapbook.com Rub-on Transfers which coincidentally is also from Mommy Guide Inc.

Day 6An interactive swing card for The Quiet Wait - a reminder that even in the silence, God is still working behind the scenes. “In the morning when I rise, give me Jesus” In the waiting, He is my strength and He makes me brave.

Day 7Resurrection Sunday

To wrap it all up, I made an infinity card symbolizing never-ending grace. Just like the card that keeps unfolding, God’s love, mercy, and promises continue - yesterday, today, and forever.

This whole experience was such a beautiful blend of creativity and faith, and I’m truly grateful I got to be part of it. It reminded me that no matter where we are in the world, we can always pause and make room for what truly matters.
