For this week’s Happy Planner layout, I randomly picked the Neon Lights Happy Planner Sticker Book and decided to fully commit to the theme. It’s bright, colorful, and instantly happy - exactly the kind of layout and week I was in the mood to create!
I used sentiments like “Happy Plans,” “You Glow Girl,” and “Radiate Positive Vibes,” then lined the pages with colorful washi tape, neon stars, rainbows, flowers, and plenty of functional boxes. All in all, it turned out to be a pretty cheerful spread as intended.
Life Lately
I actually shared a Life Lately update just three days ago, so there isn’t a whole lot that’s new.
The biggest thing is that I’ve finally caught up with my crafting and social media scheduling and am back to my usual routine before our Spain trip. Yay! The creative juices are flowing again.
It’s always the same after a vacation. I somehow lose my crafting groove for a little while and struggle to get back into creative mode. But I’ve learned that’s just part of my process. Once I ease back into it, everything starts clicking again, and before I know it, I’m creating nonstop and even surprising myself with what I can make.
Soooo, I've finished 2 of 3 deliverables this week and it's just the start of the week!
Here's a cute mini album and box for my Miqueka Scrap project. This I think is my cutest mermaid project to date. I usually do not like working with mermaids as it's too whimsical and cutesy for me but this one actually did me proud. I super love how it turned out!
And speaking of exciting creative news…
Last week, I mentioned that while my chapter with the Printable Cuttable Creatables Design Team had come to a close, but soon after, another creative opportunity came along.
Well… that window has officially opened!
I am now a Bee Happy Crafts Ambassador!
The official announcement was made last Sunday, so I can finally share the news here on my blog. I’ll be writing a dedicated blog post all about it very soon, so for now I’ll simply leave the official announcement photo here and save the full story for later this week. I’m so excited for this new adventure and can’t wait to share what’s ahead!
Over the weekend, we drove to Al Khobar for our usual Saturday badminton session with friends. Well… my husband played badminton while I tagged along with my latest hobby - murder puzzles and my copy of Murdle, the puzzle book I picked up during Amazon Prime Day.
At first, I thought it was pretty challenging because there didn’t seem to be enough clues. But just like crafting after a break, I simply needed a little warm-up. Once I got back into the rhythm, everything started making sense, and I found myself enjoying the puzzles even more.
After badminton, we stopped by IKEA before spending a little more time hanging out together. It was a nice, relaxing weekend.
As for my other journaling projects… I promised myself that I’ll finally catch up on my June reading journal and my stamp punch journal. Fingers crossed I actually get them done this week! Hehe!
And that’s about it for this week’s update - short, sweet, colorful, and filled with happy vibes.
See you in the next blog post… where I’ll officially tell you all about becoming a Bee Happy Crafts Ambassador!
