Digi Choosday Project | Double Arrowhead Fun Fold Card

Another fun fold card for Digi Choosday!

I’ve been making fun fold cards more often lately - they’re not only cute but also very fun to create! This time, I’m sharing a Double Arrowhead Fun Fold Card featuring a mix of Polkadoodles products that are always so easy to coordinate.

This week’s DT prompt is “Sparkle and Shine,” so I went with an elegant vibe using the Winnie Celebrations – Champagne Celebration digi stamp. I added shimmer and shine using glitter markers and mirror cardstock, making it extra festive and classy that's perfect for any celebration!

🪄 Materials Used

Tutorial

1. Create your card base

Trim your white 8.5” x 11” cardstock in half to 4 1/4” x 11”.

Score at 5.5” along the long side — this will be your card base.

2. Make the arrowhead flaps

Cut 2 pieces of white cardstock to 4 1/4” x 5”.

Score at 1.5”3”3 3/4”, and 4 1/5”, then fold along the score lines.

Add glue to the last panel and adhere it to the opposite side to form the arrowhead shape.

Repeat for the second piece — these will go on each side of your card base.

3. Decorate the arrowheads

Trim Pattern Paper 1 into four strips measuring 5/8” x 4 1/8” and adhere to the arrowhead sides.

Cut Mirror Cardstock (2 pcs) to 1 3/8” x 4 1/8”.

Trim Pattern Paper 2 to 1 1/4” x 4”, layer onto the mirror cardstock, and adhere to the front of your arrowheads.

4. Decorate the card front

Cut:

  • Mirror cardstock – 2 3/8” x 4 1/8”

  • Pattern paper – 1 1/4” x 4”

Adhere together, then attach to the center front of your card base.

5. Color your digi

I used Ohuhu Alcohol Markers (CGII00, CG2, CGII04, CGII07, BG4, BG68, B64, PB9, Y03, YR00) and added touches of silver and gold glitter pens for sparkle.

Pop your digi on the card front using foam tape, and finish off with a Polkadoodles sentiment.

6. Finish the inside

Trim:

  • Mirror cardstock – 5 1/4” x 4”

  • White cardstock – 5” x 3 3/4” (stamp or print a sentiment here)

  • Pattern paper strip – 5” x 1”

Layer these together for a polished look inside.

I love how this card turned out — sparkly, dimensional, and elegant!
