This Week’s Happy Planner Layout

Since it’ll be another 11 months before I can use this sticker book again, I’m savoring every page of my Happy Planner Merry Christmas Sticker Book. I’ll probably keep using it for the rest of the month too! Might as well go all in on the Christmas vibes to compensate with the lack of Christmas stuff here in Saudi. hehe!

For this week’s spread, I added a Recollections Christmas striped washi tape on the header and footer, plus cute sentiment stickers: “Falala” and “I just want to watch Christmas movies and drink hot cocoa.”

Last week was busy busy busy with my second bazaar coming up and a  staycation in Al Khobar for an event by Happy Sandscapes. That meant rushing through weekend chores before Friday so everything would be clean, ready, and just normal enough when we got back from our little getaway.

Small win of the week: I made baked salmon for the first time, and Ton liked it! Straight to the recipe book it goes!

We’ve also been very intentional about working on our December Daily album. That means making time to do things together or squeezing in a mini weekday date just so the month's memories are extra special. I really appreciate Ton for always being game, even with his hectic schedule. I’ll save the full DD thoughts for a separate blog because I promised myself I will blog about my DD.

For this week’s crafting, I didn’t add too much for the Twinkle and Sparkle Bazaar since I still have plenty of leftover projects. But! I did make 2026 calendars, thanks to my friend Katherine who spotted a cute cat design and inspired me to make some too. I genuinely love our friendship, sharing Cricut ideas, templates, helping each other, and being each other’s biggest cheerleaders. Girls supporting girls lang.

I made two calendars:

A floral one

And a group of cats (of course!)

I also submitted projects for the Cricut KSA and Cricut MEA challenges: a gift bag and winter socks. The gift bag will double as my Bee Happy Weeklies project, and the socks? Those are mine!! Hehe! They’re so fluffy and cute and only SAR 5.75!

Another highlight: I finished a big order of lip balm booklets and I’m so happy to already be getting orders here in KSA. And since I was going to play with Kelly Bangs’ The Nutcracker Ball collection anyway, I made a few matching cards too. They’re the same design as the lip balm booklets, so it was a quick and easy project, perfect for weeks when the creative juices are a tiny bit low. hehe.

If you want to recreate these lip balm booklets, check out my tutorial here.

I also repackaged some of my products to make them look nicer and more polished for display (and ready for future pop-ups too!).

And yes, I had my second craft fair, but that definitely deserves its own blog entry! But here's a photo of us from last Saturday:

As for reading… absolutely none. And honestly, I’ll probably just resume next year.

But I have been on Netflix! I rewatched Season 1 of Nobody Wants This to prep for Season 2, and we’re now halfway through the new season. I also finished The Beast in Me, and we wrapped up The Bear on Disney Channel too.

Christmas countdown: 16 days to go!

I’ll link the following blogs here once they’re up in the next days:

  • My Second Craft Fair Here in KSA
  • First Week of December Daily
  • Happy Sandscapes' Karaoke Night

That’s it for this week’s little life-and-planner update! Off I go on a mini date with the hubby!
